today has been a lazy Sunday, undeservingly so.
I think I veered between panic over work, and calm idyllic "it will be ok ali. stop worrying so much!"
And in between there was susie suh, butter vanilla muffins, oranges and an episode of gossip girl. Muffins were such a guilty pleasure, because I ate four (absent mindedly) when I was talking to lia about the London plans, then felt like a small snake that had ambitiously eaten a large goat to prove a point...after which my brain literally stopped working, and then had to go to bed for a hour before going for dinner at Bella Italia.

I know I've been craving pasta for ages, but in true ali style, I think I've overdone it with pasta 2 nights in a row, and that accidental baguette...:) ooh it was a big one as well.

Someday I think I want to open a restaurant, or a cosy little cafe, that does yummy sandwiches and lattes and turns into a sexy little dinner place at night:) Oh while we're at it, make it near a beach, in Sabah.

Just watched Romeo and Juliet, at the Cambridge arts theatre. It was quite good actually, until you realise that the guy playing Romeo also seems to be the slightest tinge of a poof, and the tights just bring it out, and that Juliet is really just a spoilt little brat. I know there are many interpretations of the play and the "cool" one, the sophisticated opinion is to point out that they were both actually drama queens, self obsessed, spoilt TEENAGERS. Juliet was only 14! They got married after meeting each other once! But I think I prefer the old they were in love laa....version.

but still, the raptures of shakespeare:)
